Castro Community On Patrol is proud to join forces with the Leathermen’s Discussion Group this evening at the Metropolitan Community Church at 7:30PM, along with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and Community Patrol USA to discuss the rise in street violence, provide safety tips and advice and to develop community strategies to combat the rise and increase the safety of everyone.
Lenny Broberg, Dalton Huckaby and Mike Pierce of the LDG will lead the discussion event which is expected to attract more than the 250 capacity of the MCC meeting location at 150 Eureka Street.
“We’re very happy to participate in the LDG event this evening and appreciate the invitation,” said CCOP Vice Chair, Ken Craig.
“This is a vitally important subject as we continue to hear of members of the community being assaulted and robbed for various reasons. Smart phone thefts are currently a focus of many incidents,”
