CCOP is helping to distribute information regarding the disappearance of a San Francisco resident and close friend of our Staff Administration member, Phillip Huff.
Lynne Spalding, 57 of San Francisco, was last seen at by staff at San Francisco General Hospital on Saturday 09/21/2013 at around 10:15am. She was apparently confused and “out of sorts” due to some medication changes and may have left the hospital in a state of confusion.
Family and friends have been posting Missing Flyers and following up leads since her disappearance as well as working with SFPD to try to locate Lynne. Lynne is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 105 pounds and was last believed to be wearing blue jeans and a black sweatshirt with the phrase “San Francisco Pow Wow” embroidered on it.
